Made to Order

Every SwagGods piece is produced specifically for your order. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns for sizing preferences or change of mind. We encourage you to review the size guide before ordering.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with tags attached
• Free from odors, stains, or damage

To start an exchange, email swaggodsstore@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need. We'll take it from there.

Return shipping for exchanges is the customer's responsibility unless the error is ours.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at swaggodsstore@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We'll make it right — replacement or store credit, your choice.

Store Credit

In select cases where an exchange isn't possible, we'll issue store credit valid toward any future order. No expiration.

Timeline

We respond to all exchange and return requests within 1–2 business days.
