How long does shipping take?

Our products are made to order. Once you place your order, production takes 3–5 business days. Shipping adds another 3–7 business days depending on your location. Total delivery window: 6–12 business days. We don't rush production — quality takes the time it takes.

How does sizing work?

Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend checking it before ordering — our blanks run true to size, but fit can vary by style. When in doubt, size up for an oversized look.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because every piece is made specifically for you, we don't accept returns for sizing or change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll make it right. Email us at support@swaggods.com with your order number and a photo.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also visit our Track Order page anytime. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ days, reach out and we'll look into it.
